Job Description :

Role : BI Engineer (8+ Years Experience).

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced BI Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Azure SQL, Power BI Premium, DAX, and T-SQL, with the ability to design efficient data models and create impactful business intelligence reports.

Additional experience in SSRS/Paginated Reports and familiarity with Databricks SQL is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in BI development, data modeling, and reporting.

- Expertise in Azure SQL, Power BI Premium, DAX, and T-SQL.

- Strong proficiency in data warehouse design (e., star schema).

- Hands-on experience in creating complex reports using SSRS or Paginated Reports.

- Proficient in querying and analyzing data from large-scale data warehouses.

- Ability to design user-friendly, scalable, and performant data models in Power BI.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and how they impact data warehouse performance.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Databricks SQL is a plus.

- Familiarity with Power BI Premium features such as dataflows, incremental refresh, and large datasets.

- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Soft Skills :
