Job Description

Lead strategic initiatives for end-to-end automation projects using advanced RPA tools, particularly focusing on UiPath.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze complex automation requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement robust automated workflows.
Architect and optimize intricate automation processes, ensuring scalability, resilience, and adherence to best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in RPA capabilities.
Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure high performance and reliability in production environments.
Develop comprehensive documentation including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides to support deployed automation solutions.
Continuously monitor and enhance deployed RPA solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in RPA and automation, contributing thought leadership and strategic insights to enhance organizational capabilities.
Requirements
- Extensive proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing advanced automation solutions.
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript, leveraging automation and integration capabilities effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of analyzing complex business processes and delivering optimized automation solutions.
- Proven experience leading successful RPA implementations across diverse industries, showcasing strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels and conveying technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Preferred certification in UiPath or other relevant RPA platforms.
- This position is available at both the Indore and Hyderabad offices.
