Job Description

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus

Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and customers

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development and Enhancement:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software applications
- Lead efforts to debug, test, and enhance new and existing software based on advanced specifications
- Implement efficient algorithms and system optimizations to enhance application performance
Code Quality and Best Practices:
- Perform comprehensive code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Ensure code adherence to organizational standards, security guidelines, and best practices
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or bottlenecks in the codebase
Technical Leadership:
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers by sharing expertise and guiding their development efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make architectural decisions and evaluate emerging technologies
- Lead technical discussions and propose innovative solutions to solve complex challenges
Customer Collaboration:
- Partner with customers to gather detailed requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues, escalating appropriately when needed
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to improving software development processes, tools, and methodologies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to integrate new technologies into the development lifecycle

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in software development and SQL programming
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (eg, Java, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of software development frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with databases, APIs, and cloud technologies
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment

Additional Expectations:

Demonstrate initiative in identifying and driving process improvements
Ensure high-quality deliverables that align with customer and organizational goals
