Job Description:
- This is a full-time remote role for Sales LeadDomestic Market.
- After establishing a strong footprint in the international markets, our priority is to penetrate the Indian domestic market in the coming months.
- The sales lead will be responsible for driving this entire growth plan.
- He or she will derive the strategy and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, generate new business, and build strong relationships with customers.
- He or she should be comfortable speaking to customers directly to boost sales.
- The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing a B2C sales function.
- This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving results.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Inside Sales: Manage inside sales activities, including responding to inbound inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve sales processes.
- Sales Training: Train and mentor sales representatives, enhancing their skills and knowledge to improve overall team performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- 5-8 Years of experience in Sales in the Ed-Tech industry with at least 2-3 years in a Team Management role.
- Extensive Experience in managing B2C sales functions.
- Self-motivated individual with an affinity for working in a start-up culture (erratic hours as per the requirement of the business).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A Master's Degree from a Premium Institute or Experience in Ed-Tech is preferred.
- Strong Excel skills are a plus.
