We are looking for an exceptional Senior Linux Engineer within our Engineering team who can come join us and drive the Linux Engineering Roadmap. You will play a key role in modernizing and transforming the Linux Opensource Environment within the organization.

Your role in the team

You will play key role in Designing Architecting the Open Source Linux Operating System environment. You will be key player to drive all the new POC and strategy for Open Source Linux Operating system.

What you ll do

Sound experience of 10+ years in Linux Opensource, Redhat Environment.

Build Linux Engineering best practices.

Exposure towards Server Build automation.

Expertise towards Satellite and Foreman Infrastructure.

Best Practices towards High Availability and resiliency in baremetal and virtualized OS

Auotmation within Linux and with tools like Puppet, Chef , Ansible etc.

Identity and access management tools in Linux.

Experience in IAC tooling including Git, Terraform, Docker, and Vault.

In-depth understanding of security practices, system hardening, and encryption technologies.

Must understand a physical DC and how physical HW is racked / configured. Confident working with remote DC team.
