Your role in the Team
Responsible for Governance, Risks & Compliance (GRC) for Vendor management oversee i ng all aspects of the vendor lifecycle. Keeping up to date with any updates or changes to IG s regulatory guidelines or jurisdictions .
What you ll do
Maintaining record of the control environment (RCSA) and continuously reviewing and identifying and implementing control improvements
Oversee Vendor Management policy and procedures - creation and review of documents
Secretary to the VMC
Own the relationship with the TPRM tool provider, ensure that contract is being delivered and monitoring performance of contract
Designing and implementing communications regarding TPRM across the org, including SharePoint pages
Overseeing response to audit queries related to VM
Maintaining critical supplier and outsourcing register for the group
Assisting (BCM team and contract owners) in the completion of business continuity and exit strategies for critical and outsourcing arrangements, including ensuring appropriate testing is taking place.
Assist in the implementation of SLA s & KPI s for critical and outsourcing arrangements at onboarding/ ongoing review
Working with SRM Manager on best practises/ implementing SRM strategies for critical/ outsourced vendors. Ensuring SRM activities with vendors are captured in TPRM tool.
Oversee reporting completed by VM&P manager including responsibility to u nderstand and report on concentration and aggregation risk across the group and overall vendor risk exposure .
External best practice and market analysis, external benchmarking and networking.
Strategic direction and best practice.
Management of the VM &P Manager .

What you ll need for this role
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in vendor management, third-party risk management (TPRM), or a related field.
Proven experience in managing control environments (RCSA) and implementing control improvements.
Experience in overseeing vendor management policies and procedures, including document creation and review.
Proficiency in using TPRM tools and software.
Strong knowledge of business continuity management (BCM) and exit strategies for critical and outsourcing arrangements.
Familiarity with designing and implementing communications, including SharePoint pages.
Ability to analyse and report on concentration and aggregation risk across the group.
Strong understanding of vendor risk exposure and the ability to oversee related reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to design and implement effective communications regarding TPRM across the organization.
Experience in managing a team, including the VM&P Manager.
Ability to provide strategic direction and implement best practices.
Strong relationship management skills to own the relationship with the TPRM tool provider and ensure contract performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with the SRM Manager and other stakeholders to implement SRM strategies.
Experience in responding to audit queries related to vendor management.
Knowledge of maintaining critical supplier and outsourcing registers.
Ability to assist in the implementation of SLAs and KPIs for critical and outsourcing arrangements.
Strong organizational skills to oversee various vendor management activities and ensure they are captured in the TPRM tool.
Ability to conduct external best practice and market analysis, benchmarking, and networking.
