Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will play a crucial role in the early stages of our sales cycle by identifying and engaging with potential leads, qualifying them, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. In this position, you'll focus on generating qualified sales opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and driving pipeline growth.

As a key player in the sales development process, the SDR will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify new prospects and refine outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, highly organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet the qualifications for further engagement by the sales team.
  • Research and gather key information about potential customers and markets to enhance prospecting efforts and refine outreach strategies. This includes tracking industry trends, company growth, and competitor activities.
  • Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and clear communication.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand the target market, industry pain points, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to ensure proper tracking and follow-up of leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure high-quality lead generation.
  • Track performance against set KPIs, including lead generation, qualification rates, and conversion rates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new product offerings, and competitor activity to continuously improve outreach strategies.
