- We are looking for a dedicated Territory Sales Manager with a strong FMCG background to expand our business loan portfolio and build lasting relationships with FMCG clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Utilize your FMCG sales expertise to identify and acquire clients requiring business loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Execution Develop and implement effective field sales strategies to achieve and surpass business loan targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
- Lead Generation Conduct thorough market research, networking, and referrals to create a robust pipeline of prospective FMCG clients.
- Actively identify new sales opportunities and initiate client outreach.
- Product Promotion Educate clients about our business loan offerings, guiding them in selecting the most suitable solutions.
- Present tailored financial solutions to clients, addressing their specific business needs.
- Field Visits Conduct regular on-site client meetings to understand their business operations and provide customized financial products.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and address client concerns to strengthen trust and loyalty.
- Collaboration Work closely with internal teams, including operations, credit, and customer support, to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders to optimize client experience.
- Market Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the FMCG segment.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding of the FMCG sector and its business landscape.
- Proven track record in field sales, particularly in selling financial products such as business loans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client interactions.
Qualifications :
- MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales; additional experience in financial product sales is highly advantageous
