Job Purpose:
Training Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and growth of the Debt Management Flows. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and managing training programs and communication strategies to enhance employee performance and engagement. It involves developing impactful content, maintaining training-related MIS, and ensuring smooth execution of learning initiatives. The position also oversees LMS and DRA certification processes, coordinates rewards and recognition programs, and manages data-driven insights to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training content, including script preparation and call calibration.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for employees.
• Review and analyze MIS data to drive process improvements.
• Design and create training materials, including knowledge nuggets, quizzes, and survey
forms.
• Develop engaging content to facilitate learning and retention.
• Create engaging and motivational communication series to boost team morale.
• Prepare and share results of contests and training activities.
• Manage end-to-end contest execution, including result announcements and reporting.
• Handle complete MIS related to training activities (e.g., Induction, OJT, Quality).
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of training data and documentation.
• Compile, map, and share monthly winner lists.
• Coordinate with vendors and couriers for medal delivery.
• Manage data and address R&R-related queries.
• Oversee end-to-end management of the LMS tool, including content preparation, module
uploads, mailer releases, and compliance tracking.
• Collect necessary documents and schedule DRA training sessions.
