Finance Manager

• Financial Accounting: Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Manage the general ledger and maintain a clean and organized chart of accounts.
• Accounts Receivable: Supervise the AR team to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and take necessary actions to expedite payments.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
• Accounts Payable: Manage the AP team to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Monitor vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Software Expenses: Oversee the tracking and reporting of software expenses.
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
• Tax Compliance: Manage TDS and GST compliance, including filing returns and making payments.
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure timely compliance.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the organization's financial health and performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct regular reviews of internal controls to identify and mitigate risks.
