ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Module (4-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet business requirements.

- Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow out-of-the-box applications, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, FSO, LSD, and ServiceNow Portal.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal components, such as UI pages, UI actions, client scripts, and business rules.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and other integration methods.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow issues, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow out-of-the-box applications and custom application development.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components, including client scripts, business rules, ACLs, script includes, UI pages, UI actions, workflows, and Flow Designer.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow integration.

- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development is a plus.

- System Administrator certification is a nice to have.

- CAD certification is a nice to have.
