Job Description:

As a Documentation Engineer, the candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Certification Team within the Reliability and Certification Department at ideaForge Technology Limited. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to handle the documents related to Type Certification, ensuring compliance with the Certification Scheme - Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CS-UAS). This role involves effective communication with Authorized Testing Entities and internal coordination with the Engineering, Quality, and Production teams. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to actively participate in and take on responsibilities during product / Organization level audits conducted by external agencies.

Key Responsibilities includes and are not Limited to:

1. Preparing Design Documents and Test Reports in accordance with CS-UAS.
2. Conducting a thorough review of Engineering Drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), Quality and Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manuals, and other documents to ensure compliance with CS-UAS.
3. Taking responsibility for overseeing Flight Test activities in compliance with CS-UAS.
4. Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure the preparation of documents aligns with CS-UAS requirements.
5. Coordination with DGCA/QCI/CB/ATE
6. Actively participating in both internal and external audits.
7. Managing all activities related to Applying for Type Certification to generation and Transfer of Unique Identification Numbers (UIN) through Digital Sky web portal.
8. Carrying out Internal Tests and Flight Test activities with precision and diligence.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree (B.Tech / B.E) in Aeronautics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics.
2. Minimum 5 Years of Corporate Experience (in the field of Drones)
3. Proven Teamwork experience.
4. Strong Commitment to Deadlines.
5. High Flexibility and Adaptability in the Work Environment.

1. Strong MS-Office Suite and G-Suite skills.
2. Strong Documentation Keeping Skills.
3. Drone Piloting Skills (Will be an Add-On)
4. Strong Communication Skills (Listening / Reading / Speaking).
