1. Knowledge on Enterprise, International, MHA customers - Flying / Products / Life cycles
2. Reduction of TAT for service
3. Improve the customer touch points
4. Promise for better service timeline reduce the response time to resolution of issues
3. Build/Set Up Pilot Service center
4. Customer responsiveness TAT - Reduce current order delivery lead time, Data flow from order receipt to delivery to collection till support
5. Quarterly visit to Clients - Enterprise, MHA (except Paramilitary), International Channel Partners.
6.Enabling partner to drive Intermediate Operator level tech support by conducting partner workshops every quarter
7.Strengthen Root Cause Analysis mechanism with RD and QA function/departments to avoid repeat failures at customer end
8.Order and Channel partner/ distributor management for CSS Department
9.Excellent in presentation MIS management
