Condition Monitoring Engineer / Service Engineer

Roles and responsibilities

• Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g. S•O•S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history)
• Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data
• Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S•O•S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives
• Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data
• Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution
• Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership

Skills Required:

• Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage
• The Candidate should be able to Read the fault codes.
• Key Skills-service field, field engineer, manufacturing plant, OEM, fleet monitoring, trouble shooting, Automobile, hydraulic, breake system, transmission

Experience We are looking for:

• Female candidates with 1-3 years experience. & should have basic mechanical knowledge and strong communication skill is mandatory both verbal and written.
• Male candidates, with 3-8 years experience.
