Digital Marketing Manager- Mohali

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive/Manager is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing all digital marketing activities to enhance the mall's online presence, drive foot traffic, increase engagement, and boost tenant sales. This role focuses on creating innovative campaigns, managing social media, and maintaining the malls digital reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:
   
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote mall events, offers, and tenant brands.
• Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly.
2. Content Creation & Management:
   
• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers and photographers for high-quality visuals and videos.
• Write blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns to communicate upcoming events and promotions.
3. Campaign Management:
   
• Plan and run digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive footfall and sales.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
   
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics like traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
5. Website & SEO Management:
   
• Maintain the mall's website with updated content, offers, and event information.
• Optimize content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
6. Event Promotion:
   
• Develop digital strategies to promote mall events, seasonal campaigns, and holiday sales.
• Partner with influencers and bloggers to amplify event reach.
7. Tenant Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with mall tenants to create collaborative campaigns.
• Promote tenant offers and new store launches.
8. Customer Engagement:
   
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
• Manage online reviews and maintain the malls reputation.
