Digital Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.
• Manage and optimize online campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Oversee content creation and strategy for blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to develop engaging visuals and content for digital campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and continuously experiment with new strategies.
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Manage the companys social media presence and engage with followers to foster community growth.
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and perform A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI and customer engagement.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution of tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content management.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and other digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.
• Experience in HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a bonus.

Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience: 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
