Job Description
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our customer base.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Platform Expertise:
Utilize platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and others to find new business opportunities and manage client interactions.
Sales and Negotiation:
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales contracts. Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of the market. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on business development activities. Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve business strategies.
