Trainee Civil & Structural Engineer

Industry : Fertilizer, Petrochemical, or Oil and Gas plants.

Software Proficiency: STAAD, MAT 3D, Tekla, Auto CAD

Only Design Engineering profiles are accepted; Onsite/Field profiles are not considered.

Responsibilities:

1. Willingness to learn software tools such as STAAD, MAT 3D, and Tekla for civil and structural engineering design activities.
2. Obtain and assimilate relevant design input from Lead Engineer and other stakeholders in the project and incorporate them into deliverables.
3. Ensure preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable codes and standards in civil and structural engineering.
4. Coordinate promptly with other engineering disciplines and engage in vendor interactions as required for project coordination.
5. Thoroughly check and review all documents and drawings before releasing them at any revision status to ensure accuracy and compliance.
6. Assist in the preparation and checking of deliverables according to the quality plan and ensure adherence to project schedules.
7. Collaborate with the lead engineer in work planning, progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents.

6. Familiarity with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards and regulations is a plus.
