**THIS IS AN ON-ROLL OPPORTUNITY WITH ICICI LOMBARD**

Vertical : E-Channel - Digital One

• Designation: - Customer Relationship Executive

• Role: - Handling outbound calls

• Shift Timing: - Male: 7:00 AM TO 12:30 PM + (Night Shifts) any 9.30 hrs shift & Female: 7:00 AM TO 8:30 PM any 9.30 hrs.

• Week-Off: - 5 Days working 2 days rotational week off

• Role & Responsibilities: -

• Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
• Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products
• CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly
• Explaining the customers product features and benefits
• Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered
• Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets
• Training will be given.

• Skills Require: -

1. Graduate Mandatory (Full time/Part time/ Correspondence)

2. Good Communication in English/Hindi

3. Age: 20-30

4. Open for voice process

5. Call-center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage

6. Experience - 0-2 years
