Role description:

The Sales Manager in ICICI home finance is responsible for achieving sales by managing and executing sales strategies for home loan products. The role requires a strong understanding of housing finance, customer acquisition, and relationship management to drive sales growth. The Sales Manager will focus on building a pipeline of leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and other mortgage products.
• Generate leads through multiple channels including real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
• Identify prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions.
• Actively engage in direct sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads.

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Education

Education: MBA full time mandatory
