Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deliver innovative business solutions using Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience with Power Platform, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and workflows using Power Automate.

- Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.

- Implement and manage Dataverse or other data sources for efficient data storage and management.

- Develop and configure custom connectors, plugins, and APIs to extend Power Platform

functionality.

System Integration and Optimization :

- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other

external systems.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Platform solutions.

Collaboration and Requirement Analysis :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical

solutions.

- Collaborate with teams across IT and business units to ensure seamless implementation of

solutions.

- Provide training and documentation to enable end-users and support teams.

Best Practices and Governance :

- Ensure solutions follow Power Platform governance and security best practices.

- Develop reusable components, templates, and standards to improve efficiency.

- Stay updated with new Power Platform features and incorporate them into solutions where

applicable.

Qualifications and Skills :

Required :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in application development, with at least 3+ years working with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, and data modeling principles.

- Experience in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems using APIs and custom connectors.

- Proficiency in Power Platform customization, including JavaScript, C#, and Power Fx.

- Solid understanding of security, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance within the

Power Platform ecosystem.

Preferred :

- Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and RPA tools.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.

- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) or Azure are an advantage.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
