Solution Architect - Java (15-20 yrs)

- Design, develop, and maintain complex Java-based applications.

- Implement innovative solutions to address business challenges.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices.

- Architect and execute cloud migration strategies, primarily focused on AWS.

- Design and implement migration patterns to seamlessly transition legacy systems to the cloud.

- Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost-efficiency and performance.

- Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure application quality.

- Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Collaborate with QA teams to improve testing processes and reduce time-to-market.

- Mentor and guide junior developers.

- Provide technical leadership and problem-solving expertise.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in core Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies.

- Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).

- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.

- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium).

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Flexibility to work in late evening shifts.

- Experience working with US-based clients.
