Franchisee Development Manager is responsible for expanding a company's franchise network by identifying, recruiting, and supporting potential franchisees. Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Sales & Recruitment:

• Develop business strategies to grow the franchise network.
3. Onboarding & Training:
   
• Assist new franchisees in setting up their business.
• Provide training on company standards, operations, and policies.
4. Relationship Management:
   
• Maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees.
• Address franchisee concerns and provide ongoing support.
5. Compliance & Brand Standards:
   
• Ensure franchisees adhere to company guidelines and brand standards.
• Monitor franchise operations to maintain quality and consistency.
6. Financial & Performance Monitoring:
   
• Analyze franchise performance metrics and profitability.
• Provide guidance to franchisees for business growth.
