Senior Front End Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Front End Engineer to join our innovative and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in front-end technologies and a passion for building exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will be developing high-performing, scalable, and user-centric web applications while driving technical excellence across the team. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly interactive, responsive, and performant web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to define, design, and implement new features.
• Build and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and usability issues.
• Implement and uphold best practices in security, accessibility, and maintainable code architecture.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and user experiences. Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Front End Developer, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with in-depth knowledge of modern frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.
• Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions, TailwindCSS, or other pre-processing tools like SASS and LESS.
• Understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Familiarity with modern build tools and bundlers such as Webpack or Vite.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for front-end application deployment.
• Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch. Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs and related tools (e.g., Apollo Client).
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and implementation.
