Senior Software Engineer ( Full Stack )

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in full stack web application development, with a proven ability to design, develop, and lead complex software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient full stack web applications.
• Lead the development of complex features and ensure high-quality code through best practices and design patterns.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Implement the integration of front-end and back-end systems for seamless functionality.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and lead the adoption of new tools and frameworks to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), with advanced knowledge of frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• In-depth experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB, and database optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Proficient in testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and deliver results on time.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TypeScript.

• Strong understanding of front-end styling frameworks like TailwindCSS and MUI.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
