SAP ABAP Consultant - S/4 HANA Module (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant with a strong understanding of S/4HANA to join our growing team.

You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing SAP functionalities to support our business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP solutions for S/4HANA modules (e., SD, MM, FI/CO, PM, PP, QM).

- Work across the full development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, technical design, coding, unit testing, and integration testing.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain various ABAP objects including reports (ALV), interfaces (file-based, optional: IDoc, ALE), enhancements (user exits, customer exits, BADI, optional: BTE, enh.Forms), forms (SAPscript, Smartforms, optional: Adobe forms), and conversions (BDC, BAPI, optional: LSMW).

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Support system upgrades and migrations for ABAP developments.

- Document technical solutions effectively for future reference.

- Participate in knowledge transfer and provide technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in S/4HANA environments.

- In-depth knowledge of ABAP programming language, objects, and data structures.

- Solid understanding of the RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) framework.

- Experience with SAP CDS views and OData services (a plus).

- Experience with unit testing frameworks for ABAP (highly desirable).

- Familiarity with SAP business processes in relevant modules (e. , SD, MM, FI/CO, PM, PP, QM).

- Experience working in both small and large teams.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Location : Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Chennai, India

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office)

Notice Period: Immediate to 25 days
