If so, lets talk Your Role and Responsibilities As part of this role with IBM Z Digital Integration Hub product team within the IBM Z Software portfolio, you will be leading development and building solutions, targeted at application modernization and integration on IBM Z.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

8- 14 years of experience with software development.

Strong skills and experience with performant Java application development, Java config, heaps.

Strong experience with debugging and technical design.

Experience and proficiency with team leadership, demonstrating commitment and successful delivery outcomes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-geo teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong understanding of applications and architectures within the z/OS environment

Experience in developing applications on the z/OS platform, as well as experience and familiarity of the z/OS environment, tools, and development practices"
