Your Role and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders Develop and maintain complex DAX functions, Power Query and Power Apps Design and develop large-scale data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, integrating with various data sources, and processing large datasets Develop and maintain data models, data lakes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, including data visualizations, reports, and dashboards. Manage analytics projects and work streams, and build dashboards and reports Provide expert-level support to stakeholders on analytics and data visualization Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics Required Technical and Professional Expertise Graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 4 to 6 years of strong experience in data visualization, data engineering, data modelling, and business intelligence, with expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and SQL Good to have experience in Alteryx, Python, Tableau Good to have experience in model building- Statistical techniques for Marketing/Retail Analytics Experience in the Retail/CPG domain, with expertise in marketing and retail analytics Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Hands-on experience in Power Bi, Fabric, Alteryx, SQL, Advanced Excel, Python, and other analytics tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization
