Your Role and Responsibilities
- We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java, cloud technologies, and modern web development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, as well as contributing to our cloud-based initiatives. If you have a passion for technology and a strong background in both backend and, ideally, full stack development, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Cloud Integration: Leverage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) to deploy and manage applications. Implement cloud-native solutions and microservices architecture.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior developers.
- System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex, distributed systems.
- Web Development: Engage in full stack development tasks as needed, contributing to both front-end and back-end development.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in Java development, cloud computing, and web technologies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps, QA, and other teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of software.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of professional Java development experience.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with frameworks like Spring, Angular, React, or similar.
- Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Full Stack Experience (Good to Have): Experience in full stack development, including front-end technologies and frameworks.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in debugging complex Java applications using advanced techniques and tools such as JDB, IntelliJ IDEA Debugger, or Eclipse Debugger. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and identify memory leaks or thread contention.
- Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs using JAVA 8 +, Spring
- Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and how they integrate with Java-based backends.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, github Actions, SonarQube
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies

Gets very risky for senior people of band 8 and above . Senior people are not easily allowed into billable projects which can lead to process called UTE PIP , PIP for chargeable utilisation.
