Package Specialist-SAP HANA FIN VIM

As a Package Specialist at IBM, you'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions.

You'll get in-depth Consulting experience, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients' business environment. Perform full life cycle of application implementation, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and date migration.

Migrate between products or integration with other products, configuration of packages and recovery and backup.

Use your Consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment.

Assist in selection, implementation, and support of application

 Your primary responsibilities include: 

Overall industry experience of 12+ years, Ability to create requirement specifications based on architecture, design and detailing of processes

Experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support in SAP.HANA.FIN.VIM

Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.

Ability to manage change and be open to it good time management and an ability to work under stress

Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Bachelor's Degree

Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analysing requirements and translating them into effective solutions. Prepare and conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing

Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support in SAP.HANA.FIN.VIM

Work with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs as per priority

HANA implementation experience is preferred and ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
