Job Description
We are hiring for HR Recruiter / HR Executive who would be responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for open positions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- End to End recruitment; from interviewing till on-boarding of resources.
- Would be responsible to hire resources as per organizations requirements within the defined timeline.
- Would be responsible to manage big volumes of open positions.
- Screen incoming applications and resumes for suitable roles.
- Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
Essentials Skills:
- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of recruitment work experience
- Must be graduate.
