Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers/testers working on diverse technologies ( C#, Java, Python, Angular (Typescript/JavaScript).
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Act as a Scrum Master by identifying and addressing technical challenges and roadblocks that may impact on the team, project timelines, or quality.
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deliver scalable and robust applications.
- Support in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices .
- Work closely with Product Managers/Owners and other departments to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Build strong relationships across teams to promote collaboration and innovation.
Profile
- Master/Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience and 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or team lead role.
- Fluent in English language speaking and writing required.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices .
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- A team player with very good interpersonal skills, ready to work in a complex and international environment.
- Fascinated by new technologies and always willing to learn.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Excellent communication , interpersonal , and organizational skills .
- Willingness to travel 5% to 10%.
- Experience in the medical devices industry is a plus.
