As a Test Engineer, you will join our agile software development team and will work directly with our software developers to ensure a high level of software quality for our desktop and web applications.
Together with our stakeholders and the whole development team, you will discuss new feature concepts and help sharpening the software requirements. You will work closely with the developers to find bugs and inconsistencies early and will organize the handover of sprint deliveries to our Verification and Validation team.
Responsibilities
Specification, review, implementation, and execution of test cases for our software products
Self-dependent verification of new implemented features
Close collaboration with the developers of your team to clarify the unexpected behavior of the software
Building a strong know-how of our domain and supporting the concept creation for new features via discussions with stakeholders in refinements, and with own proposals
Interfacing and close collaboration with the Verification and Validation team
Profile
An Engineering degree (or equivalent master/bachelor degree) in Computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing including automation or software development for medical applications.
You have experience in structured programming (c#, Java, Python, ).
You have knowledge of and experience with various test tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, Postman, Jmeter, playwright, Cucumber, etc..
You have knowledge of and experience with DevOps/CI tools such as Azure Devops, GitLab or Jenkins.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies used by large-scale international organizations.
Applied usage of Agile, SCRUM framework is considered an asset.
