Technical Project Leader - Autosar

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Autosar Technical Project Leader at IAST.

- The Technical Project Leader will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as technical project leadership, project management, product development, software development, and testing as it relates to AUTOSAR projects.

Qualifications :

- Hands on Experience in Vector Stack - preferable Autosar Diagnostics.

- Hands on experinace on NXP S32K.

- Microcontroller

- Hands on debugging skills using Vector tools like CANoe/CANlyzer etc,.

- Hands on experience in AUTOSAR Integration and configuration ,Using BSW modules like OS/RTE/CAN/COM/NVM using Davinci - DCM, DEM, FiM and DET.

- Core Understanding of AUTOSAR Architecture.

- Hands-on MCAL driver development and Integration.

Responsibilities :

Technical Project Leadership :

- Lead and guide a team of engineers in the development and execution of AUTOSAR projects.

- Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to AUTOSAR standards and best practices.

- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Mitigate technical risks and ensure project success.

Project Management :

- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks.

- Manage communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

- Oversee project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.

Product Development :

- Participate in the design and development of AUTOSAR-based products.

- Contribute to the definition of product requirements and specifications.

- Stay updated on the latest AUTOSAR trends and technologies.

Software Development and Testing:

- Develop and integrate AUTOSAR software components, specifically focusing on Basic Software Modules (BSWs) like OS, RTE, CAN, COM, and NVM.

- Utilize tools like Davinci Configurator, DCM, DEM, FiM, and DET for AUTOSAR configuration and integration.

- Design and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and quality of AUTOSAR components.

Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with the Vector software stack, preferably with Autosar Diagnostics expertise.

- Experience working with NXP S32K microcontrollers.

- Strong debugging skills using Vector tools like CANoe and CANalyzer.

- In-depth knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, integration, and configuration.

- Proven experience in MCAL driver development and integration.
