Learning and Development Specialist
Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team.
- The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging learning content and programs to enhance employee behavioral skills and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirements
- Design and develop interactive and engaging learning content, instructor led training materials and so on.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner centric learning experiences
- Facilitate and deliver learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learning methods (virtual/classroom/blended)
- Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact
- Build strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learning
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development, and integrate innovative learning solutions into programs
- Collaborate with LMS team to track learning content and monitor participant progress
- Independently anchor flagship programs such as Manager Capability, Management Trainee and so on.
Qualifications/ Experience:
- MBA in HR with 15-18 years of HR experience with minimum 10 years of L&D experience.
- Preferred industry - Tech/IT.
