UX/UI Designer

Role & responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviours. Translate insights into user personas and actionable design requirements.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
• User Interface Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that reflect brand guidelines and best practices.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and align with project goals.
• Usability Testing: Organise and conduct usability tests, analyse feedback, and iterate designs based on user input and data.
• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continually enhance design skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Design Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design software.
• Prototyping Skills: Ability to build interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Visual Design: Strong skills in typography, colour theory, and layout to create compelling visual designs.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to address complex design challenges and create user-centric solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and explain design concepts.
• Collaboration: Team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality design output.
• Experience with Design Systems: Experience in developing and managing design systems for scalable products.
