- Administrative assistant for meeting booking, visa and travel request approvals, timely travel settlement for leaders .
- Excellent communication and understanding skills are must.
- Maintain calendar with understanding of business context and timely approvals.
- Arrange client meetings from end to end.
- Provide administrative support to the team on ground with office supplies, prints, execution of events, etc.
- Capture meeting notes and track until closure.
- Need to get delegated access wherever required.
- Learn additional skills along with the regular commitments.
- Support additional VP if required.
