Role & responsibilities

Calendar management: Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing tasks

• Communication: Filter and prioritize phone calls and emails, and communicate on behalf of the executive
• Travel arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations
• Meeting planning: Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records, including expense reports, meeting minutes, and financial statements
• Research: Conduct research to prepare presentations for executives and board of directors
• Event planning: Organize events, such as workshops or conferences
• Project management: Manage projects and oversee complex matters
• Administrative tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, file documents, and order office supplies
• Client management: Manage client visits and provide administrative assistance
