As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee records, and providing support in HR-related projects and initiatives. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in HR practices, helping you develop skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with HR professionals to gain insights into the daily operations of the HR department and contribute to improving HR functions within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Post job openings on various platforms and assist in the coordination of the recruitment process.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates as needed.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions, and introduction to company policies.
Ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
Help track employee training progress and maintain training records.
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in organizing and scheduling HR-related meetings and interviews.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
Participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and communication with team members.
Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture.
Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance HR programs and practices.
Regularly review and update HR documentation to ensure it aligns with the latest ISO standards.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate information security practices into HR procedures.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent Communications skills & Problem solving skills is required.
