Performance Marketing Specialist

1. Campaign Management:
   
• Plan, create, and manage performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPI targets such as app installs, registrations, and active users.
2. Data Analysis & Optimization:
   
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Use A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed performance reports.
3. Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
   
• Develop strategies for precise audience targeting based on user behavior, demographics, and interests.
• Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage inactive users.
4. Budget Management:
   
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize returns.
• Ensure cost-effective ad spending with a focus on achieving objectives.
5. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to track performance metrics and user acquisition funnels.
6. Trend Monitoring:
   
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing and the trading industry.
• Experiment with new platforms and ad formats to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for apps or fintech products.
• Proven experience managing large-scale PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
