• Working Days: Monday - Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management
   
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising.
2. Budget Management
   
• Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
3. Ad Creative Development
   
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign goals.
4. Data Analysis
   
• Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
5. Conversion Optimization
   
• Implement strategies to enhance conversion rates and drive desired user actions.
6. A/B Testing
   
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
7. Stay Updated
   
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in advertising platforms, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.
8. Collaboration
   
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Experience: Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and draw actionable insights.
• Budget Management: Expertise in effectively managing advertising budgets to achieve campaign goals.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
