KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - SOUTH
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The OEM and Key Account Manager is responsible for providing ongoing relationship management for the assigned OEM accounts. Coordinates all sales efforts for those assigned accounts, including promotion and penetration at assigned account, development and maintaining customer relationships focused on profitable growth and outstanding customer satisfaction.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides sales support to OEM accounts and key accounts and to optimize all Hyva (OEM) Products and Services;
- Plans the strategy to establish and develop account relationships;
- Acts as focal point for problem resolution;
- Develops and maintains detailed knowledge of the customer's business strategy, past purchasing behavior, organization including decision-makers, customer business drivers, economic trends, and competition;
- Participates with other sales management in the development of sales strategies for accounts by understanding the customer's current business and long term plans;
- Assists in the identification of new key accounts;
- Monitors competitor activity with each potential and existing account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented;
- Ensures the successful outcome of sales transactions, contracts and proposals;
- Communicates details in accordance with Region's supply, offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions);
- Ensures an efficient and effective planning of the OEM projects and determined key accounts;
- Coordinates the use of internal or external resources (e.g., technical, advertising, marketing) in order to provide value-added services to accounts;
- Leads the development and implementation of the account plan, including designing the executive relationship strategy and coverage plans, prioritizing the opportunities and identifying a target for each solution;
- Enters all relevant sales data and activity into appropriate databases;
- Initiates and anticipates new developments and solutions in the OEM industry and key accounts - effectively managing OEM customers;
- Responsible for determining and maintaining the Hyva (OEM/Key accounts) standard;
- Visit customers and participates in exhibitions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Level: BE - MECH/ PROD/ AUTO
- Professional Experience: 7 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Leadership Level: Individual Contributor
- Should have experience in dealing with Commercial Vehicle OEMs (MUST)
