Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design analysis scenario, define ruleset, approach with clear defined schedule to deliver analytics project on time
• Establish and coordinate with data engineer to build new data pipeline to migrate data from different sources
• Analyze the information collected and guide data scientist to plan data processing and EDA activity effectively
• Analyze the connected car customers data, recommend the Business solution to counterparts
• Collect, analyze VCRM data and build connected car service to HMIL business uses - quick and accurate diagnosis of problem, hyper marketing and proactive maintenance
• Implement social data analytics platform for HMIL to understand customer sentiments - New System Development
• Design the document framework for every critical activity (Data engineering, Big Data platform monitoring)
• Manage HMIL Big data platform health, Coordination with HMC teams for effective platform management, maintain batch process for VCRM data, CCSP, Global data migration
• Plan and 100% utilize the big data departments financial inflows and outflows against allocated budgets and forecasts
• Organize technical trainings to team members to acquire new skill set (qlik sense, ESRI, In-house training with HMC)
• Confer with team members to discuss issues, resolve problems to facilitate execution excellence
