Job Role:
Planning, organizing, monitoring & controlling of all welding training activities in terms of below :
a. Preparation & review of WPS, PQR & WPQ documents as per AWS D1.1
b. Analysis of structure field failure and recommendation for corrective & preventative action.
c. Reduce rework & rejection
d. Plan & conduct welding training programs for welders & supervisors to meet the targets of production Conduct welder ability test as per AWS D1.1 & maintain the records of skill matrix of workmen.
e. Develop welding techniques, procedures & application of welding equipment to problem involving fabrication of metals, utilizing knowledge of production specification, properties & characteristics of metals & engineering principles.
f. Corrective actions for all welding defects.
g. Participation in certification audit for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & compliance of audit requirements.
h. Identifying the bottle neck areas, analysing & correcting the same
Daily production inventory requirement record.
5S implementation, weekly audit and improvement activity.
WSS Review and updating, rework procedure preparation.
