Reports to: Project Manager
Working days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturday are working and 2 Saturday are off)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive (International Market) to join our sales team. The role involves lead generation, campaign management, and prospecting outreach with a proven track record in driving business growth. Responsibilities include achieving monthly sales targets, generating leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and tools like Lusha and Mr. E, Apollo.io and managing campaigns via platforms like HubSpot, Playbook.
- In this job, you will mostly need to generate leads through LinkedIn, so you should have good experience and proficiency in LinkedIn. Proficiency in tools such as Lusha, Easy Leads, Sales Navigator, HubSpot & Apollo.io is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and tools like Lusha and Mr. E, and managing campaigns via platforms like HubSpot and Playbook, Apollo.io & Calls.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, with a focus on understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the companys products/services.
- Achieve Monthly Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while driving revenue growth.
- Negotiation & Closing: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to closing the deal, including contract negotiations.
- Late Evening Meetings: Be flexible to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate international clients in different time zones.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, refine strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Keep detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Lead Qualification: Generating leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and tools like Lusha and Mr. E, and managing campaigns via platforms like HubSpot, Playbook, Apollo.io & Call
Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written communication. Must be able to engage clients confidently and professionally.

LinkedIn Proficiency: Must have an active and well-maintained LinkedIn profile with a proven ability to leverage LinkedIn for sales prospecting.

Time Management: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evening meetings to cater to clients in various time zones.
