It offers a wide range of life insurance solutions, including individual and group products like life, health, online term plans, retirement solutions, credit life, and employee benefits, using direct sales, digital channels, agencies, and field teams.
Job Objective :
The Head of Strategy develops and executes effective strategies to create value for stakeholders and transform the business. This role involves conducting external research and analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Impact
- Provide short- and long-term strategic insights for growth.
- Support strategic planning processes, incorporating market intelligence.
- Facilitate reviews of strategic initiatives and budgets.
- Collaborate on new initiatives, like digitization, and align with company vision.
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify strategic initiatives based on customer insights.
- Engage relevant stakeholders for input and influence.
