Roles and Responsibilities:

Core KRA: Generate revenue and enhance business growth.

Growth Focus : Develop and grow business from corporates by addressing their needs for corporate gatherings, experiences, offsites, learning & development, and engagement programs.

Alliances and Partnerships : Establish and manage strategic alliances and partnerships to drive business growth.

Revenue Focus : This is a sales and business development role aimed at generating revenue and expanding the business, not marketing.
