Channel Service Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage after-sales service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve service operations efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to electrical/electronics, and solar equipment.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4 to 5 years experience in Channel Service.

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).

• Excellent communication skills for effective dealer handling and relationship building.

• Strong understanding of channel sales service principles and practices.

• Strong Team Management capabilities.

• Good troubleshooting and conflict resolution abilities.

• Proficiency in Kannada language is desired.
