Primary Duties
Incoming inspection of Hykon Tubular batteries and LFP batteries at all
supplier premises as per WI and Sampling plan.
Random battery inspection at Hykon stations
Preparation of test reports of batteries
Battery Vendor development, battery quality improvement and validation
Battery type test as per ISO standards
Sample testing and report preparation of batteries
Complaint study and analysis of batteries
Reduce the rejection rate by improving quality
In-process inspection of batteries at supplier premises
Secondary Duties
Testing of other FG items reached at branches
Testing of other Materials at the supplier end if required
Communicate with All departments
In-house battery testing if required
In-house testing and service of our products if required
Supplier visit if required.
