Junior Sales Engineer- Hydraulic Products

We are seeking a driven and technically proficient Marketing and Sales Engineer to join our team! This role is crucial for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive growth for our hydraulic product line. You'll leverage your engineering expertise and sales acumen to identify new customers, develop solutions, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through market research, lead generation, and networking.
• Partner with sales management to create accurate customer and product sales forecasts.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition of our hydraulic solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Secure new business through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Foster strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in hydraulic technologies.
• Offer technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal product performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or related field) with 0-2 years of experience OR Diploma in Engineering with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of oil hydraulics, controls, and circuits (on-the-job training provided for core knowledge).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong customer service orientation, focused on building trust and exceeding expectations.
• Fresh graduates with a passion for hydraulics and a natural aptitude for sales will be considered for trainee positions.
• Prior experience in sales or design of hydraulic and pneumatic products is a plus.
